CourierMap is a map app with a shop rating system that drivers can contribute to; separate from main-stream map apps such as Google Maps or Apple Maps.
The idea is simple: when you are at a shop for pickup, you can see what other drivers have said about the shop, so you can decide whether to wait or cancel instead of guessing based on real history which is the rating based on other drivers.
This is especially useful when you're new to an area and don't yet know which shops are reliable and which ones will leave you waiting, especially if you are in a rush to complete a quest.
